I have changed 2 other valve covers before and after its done alot of smoke comes out of the tail pipe. I changed the gasket and put gasket sealer on but still smokes. Before I do this car I wanted to know what im doing wrong? How quick do you need to put cover back on once its off? Im going to take off and paint it so it will be off over nite.... is that bad?
